Are you ready for some football?

It's a cold, rainy Fall day here in Kansas!  Perfect football weather because I've heard the rain is supposed to end about game time.  I will just have to bundle up though and brave the weather no matter what happens!

Our football team, SHS is ranked #3 in the state and we are playing the #1 ranked Phillipsburg tonight- at home!  Yea!  If you want to watch it streamed live, you can do so using this link:  http://www.highschoolcube.com/event/phillipsburg-sedgwick-372818

We'll be eating burgers at the football game for dinner tonight, but if we weren't, I'd make a huge crock pot of chili- yummy on a cold, rainy day.

This evening I'm making dinner for the SHS cheerleaders.  They will be eating Cheesy Chicken rollups (chicken, cheese rolled up in a crescent roll and baked in a cheesy sauce), a Caesar salad, and cherry and apple turnovers.  The recipe is shown below.

Fun plans ahead for the weekend too!

A Thirty-One party planned for Saturday- if you want to explore, or even place an order, you can do that here- http://www.mythirtyone.com/shop/catalog.aspx?eventId=E4863056&from=DIRECTLINK
The hostess would love to have some outside orders!  You should check out our October specials!  You can take the fun quiz at http://bit.ly/1ozGC73.
